OUR BACKGROUND

EXODOS originates from Greek where it means EXIT. Thus EXODOS Copenhagen has roots in Denmark/Copenhagen famous for elegant and functional design created from high quality materials that will last you a lifetime.

EXODOS Copenhagen is now based on the beautiful European island of Cyprus situated in the Mediterranean Sea that connects the two continents East and West from where the two cosmopolitan owners who have lived and worked in Tokyo and London as well, Cypriot George Koutsoftas and Danish Birgitte Arhnung, design and create EXODOS Copenhagen collection which also consists of a Jewelry Shop.

George has a background as an engineer and artist and is the creator of the leathercraft accessories and the bracelets. He has always dreamt about having his own workshop and live full time from his craft which is now a reality. With a background as an engineer, he is able to calculate and figure out the exact design requirements for our custom orders.

Birgitte has worked as a cooperation coordinator between Japanese and Danish companies and been occupied with sales of Danish high-end furniture and design for many years in both Japan and Denmark. She is in charge of our online shops and customer service being inspired by the high level of customer service she has experienced in Japan.
